SHIPPING POLICY
Every order is special to us and we work really hard to send our parcels out to you quickly. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, so you'll get your lovely products as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we can only offer UK mainland delivery at the moment.

All standard delivery orders are shipped via Royal Mail second class. Tracking information will be provided following dispatch so keep an eye on those emails. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with all tags attached.

You have 28 days to return your item from the day of receipt and return postage is at your own expense. Once 28 days have passed you will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If an item is faulty please send us an email with the details of the fault and photographs to darlingbudsofrossendale@outlook.com and we will advise.
